The Condo is located one block from the world-famous Waikiki Beach.
Only a short walk takes you to the Ala Wai golf course, restaurants, shops, Kapiolani park, Honolulu Zoo, the International Market Place and bus stops. Honolulu International Airport is only a 25 minute drive.

The property is well maintained with a excellent amenities.
Recreation deck that has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court and a children's playground.

  We would give this a 10 out of 5.!!!Communication was electronic and fit our needs.Easy check in and code. We love the Banyan and have stayed several times. This is the unit we will request in the future. Parking Pass is a must for us and this unit has one. The view was the best. Added bonus: beach toys, snorkel and beach towels. We would love to return as this unit is by the Zoo and a quick walk to the beach and perfect beach for families .

  We just spent 3 + weeks in this lovely condo. Clean and comfortable in a great location only 2 blocks from Kūhiō Beach. Nicely function and updated. Everything we need for our long stay. We thought we had a problem with smoke detector and management was quick to respond. It turned out to be something of ours and easily fixed before their handyman arrived.

  I cannot say enough great things about this condo. It is clean and has so many amenities!! Waking up with the view of Waikiki and seeing the surfers in the water. The location is close to so many things. 5minute walk to the beach and shave ice place. My family loved staying here. We are all so excited to stay here again when we come back to Honolulu again.

  Pics listed are the actual unit with a great view off the balcony. The management company is professional and will help with any questions that you may have.
  
  Very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows etc. Buy your coffee, groceries, etc at nearby Safeway or Foodland grocery stores. Unit comes with a full kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc. They even had coffee filters for the coffee maker so all we needed was the ground coffee.
  
  My only issue is that the queen/full mattress in the master needs to be replaced as it is indented on the right side. Other than that every other aspect was great.
  
  I thought the cleaning fee was excessive at $300 for the unit given that we were there for just 3 nights. It's best for you to rent for a longer period as the cleaning fee would feel like less of a hit on your wallet with the low nightly rate.

  Great location if you're looking for easy walking to restaurants and the beach. It was easy to access the freeway for trips to sites around the island.   This condo is in a great location and was great for my family. I think it would be helpful to have a binder in the unit that explains the wifi, how to work shower, and other items in the unit so that guests are able to refer to it when needed. Some updating could also benefit unit ( beds). We really enjoyed our stay in this unit!

  This is a super convenient location in downtown Waikiki (a block away from the beach). We even had a view of the sea from the balcony. The unit had a fully functional kitchen. The beds were not super comfortable, but adequate. The kids also enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. Overall, we were happy with our vacation rental!

  The condo had a great location that made it quick to get to the beach, food, a d stores. It was nice to have access to free parking, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. My family enjoyed the view and balcony. The only things that could use improvement would be the beds which were a bit saggy and too few towels, which forced us to spend time doing laundry more often than we would have liked.

  The process of checking in and getting situated was very easy. The security in the garage had me park in a temp spot while we went up and got the tags for parking during the week. The setup was easy for three of us. The bedroom is contiguous with the rest of the apartment separated by sliding doors. When closed, the air conditioning is on the side outside the bedroom so we kept them open after the first night. The kitchen made staying in Waikiki very easy. Leftovers became meals on subsequent days. Only thing missing was laundry detergent (supposed to be 2) in the apartment.
